I am not naive, and I recognise the potential for harm – but my internet gives people power through access to knowledge, provides space to build and nurture relationships and acts as a window and gallery of creativity and exploration.
That was the silver thread of the journey today – talking about my vivid memory of the first time I went on line and being overwhelmed by the power of this new medium to connect, communicate and build life giving relationships. That is why I work in IT and somehow I need this pathway to take me back closer to the source.
